Welcome to Ruan benefits

Ruan Benefits combines free core coverages available to eligible full-time employees with flexible benefits you may purchase to create a custom benefits package.  Information about the program is posted on the Benefit Plans screen, along with pre-recorded audio presentations to further explain specific medical options.

New Hires

A benefits notification with online enrollment instructions is e-mailed to eligible employees within 48 hours after your start date. You have 30 days from your hire date to review your options and enroll in the program, with coverage effective on your 31st day.  If after reviewing the enrollment information available on this website you have questions, please contact Human Resources for assistance. 

Current Members

During the year, certain qualified events may allow you to enroll in the program or add/drop dependents from your existing elections.  You have 30 days from the date of the event, unless otherwise indicated in the Employee Benefits Guide, to submit your changes.  Most events, such as marriage/divorce, birth or adoption, or loss/gain of other insurance can be completed yourself through MyADP's self-service feature.
