Q: Tell us a little about your career path and background.Reyna S. Headshot

Prior to joining the Ruan team, I worked for several years as a Recruiter at a staffing agency, specializing in roles in the manufacturing and light industrial fields. In May 2024, I started my career with Ruan as a Recruiting Coordinator, providing support to recruiters with tasks such as employment verifications. This experience laid a strong foundation for my transition to my current role as a Recruiter, where I now leverage my expertise in candidate sourcing and commitment to helping people find new career opportunities.

Q: What do you enjoy most about recruiting for Ruan?

It’s difficult to choose just one aspect I enjoy about my job at Ruan, but what truly stands out is being part of a team that genuinely cares about the success of their colleagues and drivers. From the start, I’ve been impressed by Ruan’s commitment to creating the best possible experience for everyone they engage with—whether it’s a new applicant, a current driver, or an operations manager. One of Ruan’s Guiding Principles is ‘People First,’ and I have seen this principle clearly demonstrated through my experience here.

Q: What types of positions are you currently recruiting for?

I am currently recruiting for several Class A driving positions, including routes with daily and weekly home time. These opportunities involve transporting a variety of products—including snacks, electrical parts, and animal feed—for our dedicated customers throughout the northern and central regions of the country.
