About the Job

Ruan is now seeking full time Shipping & Receiving Specialist and Inventory Control Specialist at our new distribution facility located in Olive Branch, MS. This position will be Monday through Friday 2PM-10:30PM. Ruan offers full benefits and a 401K plan. Join the Ruan family and apply today! Here is what the job entails:

  • Repackaging of products, auditing orders and receiving product
  • Perform inventory counts, moves, fills orders and uses barcode equipment and/or computers to update inventory records.
  • Operates Forklifts or other MHE to move materials as needed.
  • Create shipping documents.
  • Provide information and courteous service to customers, visitors and co-workers.
  • Takes and gives paperwork to inbound and outbound drivers.
  • Maintain 5S work space organization methodology.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Requires forklift certification.
  • 1-2 years’ experience with computer skills, scan gun and warehouse experience
  • Occasional weekends
  • Must be able to commit to Ruan's value statement by acting with integrity in everything we do.
  • The employee must be able to carry out detailed written and oral instructions. Ability to set priorities and accomplish duties of position with little supervision and direction and high level of accuracy. Must have some computer skills.
