Ruan team members recently participated in the first annual Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI) Carrier Day in Milwaukee, WI. JCI and Ruan’s partnership began in 1992, and now includes operations in 15 terminals throughout the nation.
We were honored by JCI to receive the Carrier Collaboration Award, for going above and beyond to collaborate with JCI on improving their business. Two individual employees from Ruan’s JCI operation in Geneva, IL, were also recognized. Terminal Assistant Barb Carlson and Terminal Manager Brian Curry both received Individual Contributor Awards, based on a recommendation from the JCI Geneva plant.
“It was a great honor to be recognized by our customer in this way,” said Vice President of Operations - JCI Region Ryan Frederiksen. “I would also like to personally congratulate Barb and Brain on their individual awards. Thank you for your outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction. I am very proud of the work being done by all of our JCI region team members.”
