In 2020, the team in Mechanicsburg delivered to more than 6,700 stops in the northeast market at a service level of 99.1 percent on-time delivery. These impressive numbers are a testament to the skills, dedication, and safety focus of the entire team.
The Mechanicsburg team has also been recognized by Ruan as a 2020 Operation of the Year Finalist—selected as the best of the best in the business unit for their commitment to our Guiding Principles of People First, Safety Focus, Exceptional Performance, Customer Satisfaction, and Continuous Improvement. In September, one of the 12 Operation of the Year Finalists will be named our 2020 Operation of the Year.
