Ruan is pleased to announce our 2019 Operation of the Year Winners’ Circle! The three-operation Winners’ Circle was selected by Ruan’s senior leaders from a group of nine finalists. Earlier this year, vice presidents of operations each named a finalist representing the best of the best in his or her business unit. During our virtual Driver of the Year and Operation of the Year events this September, one Winners’ Circle honoree will be named our 2019 Operation of the Year.
Our Operation of the Year program recognizes the outstanding efforts of Ruan’s operations teams as they demonstrate our Guiding Principles of People First, Safety Focus, Exceptional Performance, Customer Satisfaction, and Continuous Improvement. Ruan’s operations team members—including on-site managers, dispatchers, drivers, technicians, and many others—all work together to safely and efficiently deliver our customers’ products. This program celebrates their hard work.
