We are pleased to announce our 2019 Operation of the Year Finalists!
We are all incredibly proud of the work done across our 300 operations each and every day. Our operations and professional truck drivers play a significant part in moving our nation’s economy and ensuring that consumers have the goods they need to survive. Ruan’s operations team members, including on-site managers, dispatchers, drivers, technicians, and many others, all work together to safely and efficiently deliver our customers’ products. Our Operation of the Year program recognizes the outstanding efforts of Ruan’s operations teams as they demonstrate our Guiding Principles of People First, Safety Focus, Exceptional Performance, Customer Satisfaction, and Continuous Improvement.
We are pleased to recognize 11 2019 Operation of the Year Finalists selected by vice presidents of operations as the best in their business units. Soon, our senior leadership team will narrow the list of finalists to three Winners’ Circle honorees. In September, we will name our 2019 Operation of the Year from the Winners’ Circle.
Each finalist operation will receive a plaque recognizing their achievement. The three Winners’ Circle honorees will receive a trophy, and the 2019 Operation of the Year will receive a trophy, awards for all winning team members, and a celebration at the operation.
