We are pleased to announce our 2015 Terminal of the Year Region Finalists and Region Winners!
We are all incredibly proud of the work done across our 270 terminal locations each and every day. Our company, and each of you, truly play a significant part in moving our nation’s economy. Ruan’s field team members including terminal managers, supervisors, dispatchers, drivers, technicians and many others, all work together to safely and efficiently deliver our customers’ products. Our Terminal of the Year program recognizes the outstanding efforts of Ruan terminal teams as they demonstrate our Guiding Principles of Safety Focus, People First, Customer Satisfaction, Exceptional Performance and Continuous Improvement.
We are pleased to recognize 10 2015 Terminal of the Year Region Finalists selected by vice presidents of operations as the best in their regions. Our senior leadership team recently narrowed the list of Region Finalists to three Region Winners. The terminal managers of the three Region Winners will visit Des Moines, IA, in July for our first combined Driver and Terminal of the Year events. There, we will announce one 2015 Terminal of the Year from among the three Region Winners.
Each Region Finalist terminal has already received a plaque recognizing their achievement. The three Region Winners will receive a trophy, and the 2015 Terminal of the Year will receive a trophy, awards for all winning terminal team members and a corporate-hosted celebration at the terminal.
