our Operation of the Year Finalists!
We are all incredibly proud of the work done across our 300 operations each and every day. Our company, and each of you, truly play a significant part in moving our nation’s economy. Ruan’s operations team members including on-site managers, dispatchers, drivers, technicians and many others, all work together to safely and efficiently deliver our customers’ products. Our Operation of the Year program recognizes the outstanding efforts of Ruan’s operations teams as they demonstrate our Guiding Principles of Safety Focus, People First, Customer Satisfaction, Exceptional Performance and Continuous Improvement.
We are pleased to recognize nine 2016 Operation of the Year Finalists selected by vice presidents of operations as the best in their business units. Our executive leadership team recently narrowed the list of finalists to three Winners’ Circle honorees. The on-site managers of the three Winners’ Circle operations will visit Des Moines, IA, in July for our combined Driver and Operation of the Year events. There, we will announce our 2016 Operation of the Year from the Winner’s Circle.
Each finalist operation has already received a plaque recognizing their achievement. The three Winners’ Circle honorees will receive a trophy, and the 2016 Operation of the Year will receive a trophy, awards for all winning team members and a corporate-hosted celebration at the operation.
