Schedule

Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., giving you weekends off! We offer a guaranteed 40-hour workweek with overtime available.

Enjoy identifying mechanic problems using charts, technical manuals, and diagnostic equipment with paid training from some of the best in the industry. Ruan ensures that our technicians have access to the latest diagnostic technology and training.

Tool and Work Boot Program

Ruan's tool and work boot program helps technicians obtain the tools they need to be safe and successful! Each technician that joins the Ruan team will receive a $1,000 tool reimbursement and a work boot voucher. Additionally, uniforms are provided.
