About the Job

Ruan is hiring part-time, Class A CDL and non-CDL yard drivers to be based in Rialto, CA, to support our dedicated retail customer. Previous yard experience is required for both CDL and non CDL holders. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Non-CDL drivers earn $21 per hour for a.m. shift and $24 per hour p.m. shift. CDL drivers earn $23 per hour for a.m. shift and $26 per hour p.m. shift. All shifts pay overtime after 8 hours per day.

Schedule

Weekend shifts are 12 hours long with overtime after 8 hours per day, running from 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. or 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Available shift days are Saturday and Sunday or Saturday through Monday.

Equipment

Drivers will maneuver tractors and trailers at our facility. Previous yard experience is required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
  • 9 months of tractor/trailer experience. Pm Shift weekends 6 pm to 6am. Can take non cdl if a min 3 mos yard experience
