About the Job
Ruan is hiring local Class A CDL drivers to be based in Fontana, CA, to haul batteries for our dedicated national customer. Drivers will pick up containers from the port of Long Beach and deliver in Ontario, CA. TWIC and HAZMAT are required at time of hire. Pay
Earn $30 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. Our drivers are paid weekly.
Schedule
Drivers will generally work a Monday through Friday, and mandatory Saturday's as needed. We are looking for drivers to be flexible with their schedule due to port appointments and scheduling. This schedule will typically start after 12 p.m.
Equipment
Hazardous Material endorsement & TWIC required at time of hire.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 22 years or older
-
No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)

No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

Additional qualifications will apply

With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired

9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
