About the Job
Ruan is hiring Class A CDL yard spotters in Fort Wayne, IN, to support our dedicated customer. This yard spotter will operate a yard tractor and take trailers in and out of docks. This operation provides union benefits. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.
Pay
Earn $25.75 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours.
Schedule
Be home daily with a Monday through Friday schedule. Must be flexible with a.m. and p.m. availability based on customer need. On Monday, assist as a yard spotter from 2 p.m. - 12 a.m. Tuesday through Friday is covered as needed doing both yard spotting or home daily deliveries.
Equipment
Operate a yard tractor and take trailers in and out of docks. Drive a Day Cab when making deliveries. Class A CDL required.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 22 years or older

No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)

No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

Additional qualifications will apply

With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired

9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
