About the Job

Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Portland, OR, to haul liquid sugar and dry bulk food-grade product in tankers for our dedicated customer. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826. 

Pay

Get paid weekly while earning an average of $72,000 per year and $26.50 per hour with opportunity to earn overtime.

Schedule

Local truck drivers are home daily and working approximately 10-12 hours per shift. Most routes are live unloading within a 200-mile radius.

Equipment

Haul liquid sugar and dry bulk food-grade product in tankers. Late model, well maintained equipment. Tank Endorsement Required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
